EXDREAM Inc. establishes and maintains the following policy to protect personal information.02 Collection
We collect personal information through lawful and fair means only to the extent necessary for inquiries, contracts, research and development, events, recruiting, and other business activities.
03 Management
We take appropriate organizational and technical measures to keep personal information accurate and prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage.
04 Purposes of use
Information is used for responding to inquiries; considering and performing contracts, joint research, and events; providing service information; AI development, research, and consulting; quality improvement; recruiting; security; and legal compliance.
05 Third-party disclosure
We do not disclose information to third parties except with consent, when necessary through supervised service providers, or when required by law.
06 Service providers
When processing is outsourced within the scope necessary to achieve a purpose, we appropriately supervise the provider.
07 Data used in AI functions
Data entered into AI systems and co-creation projects is processed only as necessary to provide the service. It is not reused without explicit consent or contractual agreement. External AI services are used under conditions that prevent submitted data from being used for model training.
08 Cookies and tracking
Cookies may be used for authentication, convenience, analytics, and improvement. They may be blocked in browser settings, although some features may then be unavailable.
09 Retention
Information is retained only as long as necessary and is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
10 Access and correction
Requests for access, correction, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision are handled in accordance with law after identity verification.
